Pauline Singogo
Director

Pauline is a compassionate and caring service manager who has worked in various health and social sectors such as hospitals; nursing homes; domiciliary care and social care services for the past 26 years. She has also worked as NVQ assessor with Learn direct for 2 years.
Pauline has proven track of record in responsibilities, integrity, and commitment to companies she has worked for. Pauline has vast experience in care sector from managing a service to caring for vulnerable adults put in her care. Pauline’s earlier career was nursing she qualified as a nurse in 1995 and worked for 7 years. She has since taken alot of studies obtained BSc in Health and social care management and has acquired the 5 general fundamental management skills such as planning, staffing, organising, leading, and controlling which has enabled her to be a successful manager. Pauline has worked for 3 and half years as registered manager before her appointment as Director for El roi3 care solutions Ltd.
Pauline has great interpersonal skills she works well in partnership with service users, their families and other healthcare professionals.
Pauline’s hobbies include; singing and song writing, visiting new places and making friends.
Joy Maimbo Dubeka Mpundu

Joy relocated to UK in 2002 , for working as a Nurse .She worked as a health care assistant for 4 months while she waited for Registration with NMC. She has been working in NHS and private hospitals as specialist Scrub Nurse of most different areas She too worked in National hospitals in Canada for a year
Joy continued working in care homes and community as Nurse and health care assistant to keep up the skills
Joy has been wanting to have a role in care as a service provider and has been appointed as a director in Elroi3 care solutions Ltd
Joy believes in raising high standard of care in the communities as a whole.
Beenzu Nicholas
Director
Registered Nurse
Beenzu is a Qualified Nurse, Trainer and Assessor
Worked in various NHS and private hospitals since 2007. Departments worked for includes Theatre, Endoscopy, Female and Male wards, Accident and emergency, Medical Assessment units.
Beenzu previously worked as a Health Care Assistant and Carer in hospitals, Domiciliary, Learning Disability, Supported Living, Palliative Care and Live in care settings
Beenzu has experience in Managing hospital departments mainly Endoscopy unit and also experience in running a training instituition for Health Care Assistants
She also has experience in Staff Training
